Another lady has shared her house-hunting experience in Lagos. According to her, agents took her to a location in Ogba where she was shown a mini flat. She was informed that the original rent was N600,
000. However, the total package, including additional charges, amounted to N750,000 per year.

The lady expressed disappointment with Lagos agents, pointing out that the apartment’s toilet had no window. She also noted that the interior was so dark that she would need to use a flashlight even during the day to see clearly.
